When it came to creating our first batch of Green Chile Beef Jerky, the only acceptable option was to take a trip to Albuquerque, New Mexico during the height of the International Balloon Fiesta and source the most fresh Hatch Valley green chile peppers, seasoning and sauces we could find; and work extremely close with New Mexican natives in the creation of our recipe to ensure we produced the most authentic flavor.

We have made available several different varieties that one can experience; from a mild heat that is complemented nicely with lemon and lime flavor; to extra hot for a full on board experience of the South West.
All of our beef jerky products are made with lean, 100% Angus beef roast that is hand selected, craftily prepared and tenderized before being placed into a marinade consisting of our signature homemade recipes and then slowed-dried to perfection.
